Shopify and WordPress DeveloJob Description:
We are looking for a skilled Shopify and WordPress Developer to join our team and work on enhancing and maintaining two of our eCommerce websites: EasyMixer.com.au and Quoss.com.au. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and optimizing eCommerce platforms to improve user experience, performance, and conversion rates.

About Us:

EasyMixer.com.au: Specializes in innovative tapware solutions that transform old two-tap systems into single mixers without breaking walls or tiles. It is the only product in Australia that can do this and has Quoss has been around for 25years+.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize EasyMixer.com.au (Shopify) and Quoss.com.au (WordPress).
Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.
Customize themes and templates to align with branding and user experience goals.
Create and maintain product pages, landing pages, and promotional content.
Integrate and configure plugins, apps, and third-party tools for enhanced functionality.
Monitor and improve website performance, including load times and mobile responsiveness.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaign assets and track performance.
Ensure websites comply with accessibility and security standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience developing and maintaining Shopify and WordPress websites.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (for Shopify).
Experience with theme customization, app integration, and responsive design.
Knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Shopify apps, WooCommerce, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in integrating marketing tools like email subscription forms and tracking pixels is a plus.

Social media management, video editing, image editing is also a plus and would provide more hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on eCommerce websites in the home improvement or plumbing industries a plus.
Experience building beautiful websites that are optimized and convert from facebook ads.
Good creative taste in building websites, editing videos and images.
