Shopify Web Designer

We're looking for a design-first web designer with front-end development skills to build gorgeous pages and optimise existing ones on our Shopify website. This role is about more than just functionality - we need someone who can create absolutely gorgeous, high-converting pages that elevate our brand and drive revenue. Your work should be visually stunning, strategically designed for conversions, and focused on providing a seamless user experience. You'll also be responsible for maintaining and updating site functionality.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build visually stunning, high-converting Shopify landing pages that captivate users and drive sales.
- Optimise for CRO and A/B testing, improving site-wide conversions through strategic design enhancements.
- Develop and refine Shopify pages (collection templates, navigation, layouts) with a focus on aesthetics and usability.
- Update on-site assets (banners, product images, promotions) to keep the site visually fresh and engaging.
- Manage general site updates, including UI/UX changes, optimising page load speed, and ensuring seamless functionality.

Who We’re Looking For
- Design-first thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics, UI/UX, and conversion-optimized design.
- Shopify experience, including Liquid & store customization, with a passion for creating visually stunning eCommerce experiences.
- CRO-focused mindset, with the ability to implement A/B tests and refine designs based on performance data.
- Basic front-end skills including HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript for Shopify tweaks.
- Fast execution with the ability to deliver efficiently without hand-holding.
- Data-driven and strategic thinker who understands how design impacts revenue growth.
- Experience using AI coding tools like Cursor or similar to accelerate workflows and improve development efficiency.
