Your Responsibilities:
- Responding to daily incoming emails and ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Conducting back-order checks to keep customers informed about product availability.
- Communicating with suppliers to monitor the status of orders.
- Collaborating with other VAs on product information optimization.
- Using the Service Points platform to enhance customer interactions.
- Developing and refining basic email templates to increase efficiency.
- Identifying low-quality products and coordinating with other VAs to halt fulfillment of problematic items, ensuring a higher standard of service and quality.

- Years of Shopify experience specifically
- Proven experience in customer service within the fashion dropshipping industry.
- Familiarity with the Service Points platform is essential.

- Someone who is detail-oriented and eager to contribute to improving operations and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and suggest ways to improve processes.
- Experience with some email tool ''you'' suggest, like Trengo or Re;Amaze
