Shopify Virtual Assistant – Store Management & SoMe (Scandinavian Modest Fashion Brand)

A Scandinavian modest fashion brand is looking for an experienced Shopify Virtual Assistant to assist with store updates, content scheduling, marketing, and video editing.

This is a part-time, task-based role, where tasks are completed in bulk at the month’s transition. The role offers the potential for ongoing long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Update banners, prices, and promotions in Shopify
- Manage sales campaigns and Shopify apps
- Schedule and plan posts in Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create graphics and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)
- Format and finalize newsletters (content writing from drafts)
- Make minor Shopify theme edits (HTML, CSS)
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements (Must-Have):
- Shopify Partner Access (mandatory)
- Proven experience with Shopify store management
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite for scheduling posts
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, video editing, and basic copywriting
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
