Shopify Virtual Assistant (Customer Service)

We are a small e-commerce company selling beauty products and are seeking a dedicated Shopify Virtual Assistant with a strong customer service background to join our team.

One of your primary responsibilities will be to ensure that customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly assistance with their inquiries, orders, and issues. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Below is the current scope of the role, but please note these may change over time depending on my needs. (I also work as a social media influencer within the beauty industry, so there will be times where you will be tasked with uploading content onto my other social media channels).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: (90%)
- Customer Service
- Liaising with 3PL on order issues via Slack
- Processing refunds via Shopify

OTHER RESPONSIBILITES: (10%)
- Misc admin tasks
- Using Reverse Image Search Tools and sending DMCA requests
- Content Creator outreach via Gmail
- Posting content for Shopify store's IG Reels, YT Shorts, Facebook & Snapchat pages
- Responding to comments for Shopify store on YT Shorts, IG Reels, Snapchat and Tiktok pages
- Posting past content from Influencer's Tiktok onto YT Shorts, Snapchat & Pinterest

MUST HAVES:
- Experience with Shopify
- Fast internet connection and PC
- Customer service experience
- Tech savvy
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail

Type: Contract

Location: Remote

Hours: 1 hour per day (if the business grows, hours may increase to 2-3 hours)

Who is this for: This role will suit a skilled VA who is already working and is looking to take on another client. This is not a short-term role, I am only looking for someone who is interested in a steady long-term role.

Termination: Contract can be terminated by either party within 1 days notice should the client no longer deem the contractors services suitable, or vice versa.
