Shopify Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:
Store Management:

Set up and optimize Shopify store layout and features.
Update product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
Handle inventory management and supplier communications.
Product Research:

Conduct market analysis to identify profitable products.
Analyze trends and competitor strategies to recommend improvements.
Customer Support:

Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and social platforms.
Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
Marketing Support:

Assist with email campaigns, promotional strategies, and social media content planning.
Implement basic SEO strategies for better visibility.
Performance Monitoring:

Generate reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior.
Monitor store performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience working in a Shopify environment.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with e-commerce tools and platforms.
A results-driven attitude with a keen eye for detail.
Compensation:
Monthly Salary: [$900 - $1200 ].
