Shopify VA for E-commerce

FùtbolMax®, a growing football brand, is looking for an Experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and handle key operations:

Main Responsibilities:
Order Management: Process and track Shopify orders with accuracy.
Customer Support: Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.
Comment Moderation: Manage and reply to comments on our videos (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Process Improvement: Spot opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Shopify (order processing, back-end management).
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks meticulously.
Familiarity with email management tools (Gmail, Outlook).
Speed of execution.
