We are currently looking for an experienced Shopify Developer Lead to join our team and lead our technical team!

Position Overview:

As the Shopify Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Shopify development team, ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and product managers, to build and maintain high-quality Shopify independent stores that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Shopify development team, including recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
Responsible for the architecture design, development, and maintenance of Shopify stores, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
Work with designers to convert design drafts into fully functional, user-friendly Shopify themes.
Develop and integrate Shopify apps and plugins to extend store functionality.
Optimize Shopify store performance, including page load speed, SEO, and conversion rates.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Shopify stores and provide ongoing technical support.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Shopify platform and apply them to real projects.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure Shopify stores align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in Shopify development with a successful track record of Shopify projects.
Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
Familiar with Shopify APIs and app development.
Good coding standards and version control experience.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Strong problem-solving and learning abilities.
Experience in team management is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary range: $1100-$1400 USD / Month
Remote work and yearly company retreat (offline retreat)
