Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Shopify Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will manage store maintenance, inventory, customer support, and marketing efforts while optimizing performance for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Store Management: Update products, customize themes, manage Shopify apps, and ensure store functionality.
Order & Inventory: Process orders, handle refunds/returns, track inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and implement loyalty programs.
Marketing & Analytics: Collaborate on campaigns, monitor KPIs, and optimize the store for sales and traffic growth.
Compliance & Security: Ensure secure payments and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven Shopify management experience.
Knowledge of inventory, marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
