We are thrilled to invite you to our experienced Shopify store manager to join our team! In this part-time role (20-30 hours per week), you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Head of Operations with order fulfilment and back-end operations whilst also collaborating closely with our Senior Marketing Manager—an industry leader who has managed eCommerce for global brands like G-Star Raw and Papanelle. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their skills in eCommerce and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Support: Assist the Head of Operations with order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries through warehouse portals, wholesale suppliers, and more.
Shopify Store Management: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to maintain and optimize our Shopify store for peak performance.
Manage product listings, including updating pricing, descriptions, and images.
Enrich product pages with detailed, customer-focused content.
Create and publish engaging blogs and content to connect with our audience.
Troubleshoot any store issues to ensure smooth operation.
Collaborate on campaigns and promotions to drive growth.
Merchandise our product listings as demonstrated on the SOP's
Provide Trade Reports
Working with Shopify developers to optimise the store conversion rate
Requirements:
Proven experience working with Shopify, including collaborating with developers and handling end-to-end store management.
Minimum 2 years of Shopify experience.
Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including merchandising, search, and filtering.
Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with product management, content creation, and fulfillment processes.
Work Hours:
9 am - 1 pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week).
Potential for increased hours (up to 30-40 hours) based on performance and role expansion.
