Shopify Specialist

FreshJax is a **Christian, family-run business** with a mission to serve others by providing healthy, organic seasonings and donating meals to kids in need. To date, we have donated **over 596,000 meals**, following Christ’s teachings to care for the hungry. We are looking for a **Shopify Specialist** who can optimize our store, increase conversions, and grow our sales—without relying on paid ads. Your work will directly impact our ability to help more children in need!

### **Role & Responsibilities:**
- Continually optimize and manage the **FreshJax Shopify store**.
- Implement **A/B testing** on the homepage and product pages to improve conversion rates.
- Utilize **CRO and SEO tools daily** to enhance performance.
- Provide strategic input to the **SEO Specialist** for targeted blogs and recipe content.
- Analyze data and make data-driven improvements to boost **high-converting traffic**.
- Work toward **significant sales growth** through organic traffic and optimization.

### **Qualifications:**
- Proven experience managing **Shopify stores and e-commerce websites**.
- Strong expertise in **conversion rate optimization (CRO)** and **SEO tools**.
- Experience increasing online sales **without paid advertising**.
- Data-driven mindset with a history of **dramatically increasing conversions and sales**.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and provide strategic insights.
- Passion for **faith-driven work, organic food, and mission-driven businesses**.
