Shopify Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Manage and operate the Shopify backend, including product uploads, edits, and updates
2.Utilize Shopify apps for pricing adjustments, image modifications, and other optimizations
3.Monitor Shopify traffic data and provide insights for improvement
4.Ensure product listings are optimized for visibility and conversions
5.Analyze and update inventory levels to ensure product availability
6.Assist in order processing, including confirmation and invoicing if required
7.Stay up to date with Shopify platform updates, pricing policies, and best practices
8.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies
9.(Preferred) Support email marketing efforts and basic marketing tasks

Qualifications

1.Minimum 3+ years of experience in eCommerce operations
2.Hands-on experience with Shopify backend and various Shopify apps
3.Strong attention to detail—accuracy is a must
4.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations
5.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
6.Good communication and collaboration skills
7.Proficient in Excel, including formulas like VLOOKUP, ROUND, Pivot Tables, etc.
(8.Preferred) Experience with email marketing and basic marketing strategies
