JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and organized Shopify Site Manager to help optimize and maintain our e-commerce site. As the Shopify Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, improving user experience, executing promotions, and engaging with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Promotions & Campaigns: Create and execute sales promotions using tools like Dealeasy, Aftersell, and Selleasy.
Customer Engagement: Use Shopify Inbox to respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely communication.
Site Management: Update banners, optimize product listings, and make basic adjustments to the site to improve functionality and aesthetics.
SEO & Listings: Implement basic SEO strategies for product listings to improve search rankings and traffic.

Email
Templates: Manage and update email templates using Orderly eMails to ensure professional and engaging communication with customers.
Workflow Enhancements: Suggest and implement improvements to site workflows to increase efficiency and improve customer experience.


Requirements:
- Experience with Shopify (no coding required, basic updates and management).
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer inquiries.
- Experience using promotional tools and apps in the Shopify ecosystem.
- Ability to collaborate via Slack and be part of a growing e-commerce team.
- Basic SEO knowledge for product listings and site content.
