Shopify Manager & Team Leader – Full-Time (Remote)

With over $10M+ in eCommerce sales, we’re now scaling new brands and looking for a Shopify Manager & Team Leader to take ownership of store setup, optimization, and product testing.

Role Overview
As our Shopify Manager & Team Leader, you will oversee everything related to our stores, from product launches to store optimization and conversion rate improvements. You will not just build pages—you will manage the process, track performance, and ensure we execute efficiently.

Responsibilities
Product Testing & Store Setup: Build and optimize Shopify stores for new product tests efficiently.
Landing Page Optimization: Improve layouts, product pages, and funnels for conversions.
A/B Testing: Run split tests to refine pricing, page design, and offers.
Store Management: Ensure smooth store operations, product updates, and app integrations.
Team Coordination: Work with the product researcher, video editor, and media buyers to ensure smooth execution.
CRO & Performance Tracking: Analyze Shopify data, suggest improvements, and execute necessary changes.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of Shopify experience, including store setup, optimization, and CRO.
Proven experience launching or scaling a store from $0 to $100K+.
Basic understanding of landing pages, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
Experience managing teams or freelancers is a big plus.
Ability to work fast and independently—no micromanagement.
Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Familiarity with ClickFunnels, Funnelish, or similar funnel builders is a bonus.

AOV (average order value) optimization
Execution speed & task completion

Salary & Benefits
$800 – $1,200/month (based on experience)
