Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Shopify Product Research, Listing & Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, editing, and uploading products to our Shopify website. You will work with tools like Midjourney, Canva, and Photoshop to create unique product images and graphics. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how our products are presented, ensuring all product descriptions are accurate and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Add and update product listings on Shopify, ensuring accuracy, appeal, and strict adherence to brand guidelines.

- Accurate Product Descriptions: Write and refine product descriptions that are 100?curate, clearly communicating product features, benefits, and specifications, communicating with suppliers when necessary to answer any product questions you may have.

- Visual Enhancement: Use Midjourney, Canva, and Photoshop to create new, unique, and engaging product images and graphics.

- Page Customisation: Edit and optimise product website pages on Shopify to improve user experience and boost conversion rates.

- Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to listing processes and deliver high-quality results independently, without needing constant oversight.

- Collaboration & Tools: Work closely with the team and ideally leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Shopify (e.g., editing product listings, customising product pages)
- Experience using Midjourney, Canva, and Photoshop to produce original, eye-catching images and graphics
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a track record of ensuring 100?curacy in product descriptions
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work assertively and independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT is a bonus
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices is highly desirable
