We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Shopify Listing & Catalog Specialist to manage and maintain accurate product listings across Shopify stores. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong expertise in flat files and bulk uploads, and a structured approach to auditing and error resolution. Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and seamless synchronization across platforms will be the primary focus.

This role is NOT a Shopify development role. It focuses on managing structured product listings, ensuring accuracy, bulk uploads, and optimization across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
*Product Listing Accuracy: Maintain precise product details, including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and attributes.
*Bulk Uploads & Flat File Management: Handle large-scale product uploads and updates using Shopify CSV files with 99?curacy.
*Audits & Quality Control: Conduct regular manual and automated audits to detect and correct listing discrepancies.
*Inventory Management: Ensure timely and accurate inventory updates to prevent inconsistencies across multiple sales channels.
*Data Standardization: Enforce consistent naming conventions, SKU structures, and product categorization.
*SEO & Data Optimization: Improve product discoverability through optimized URLs, metadata, and alt text.
*Error Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues such as missing images, broken links, and pricing mismatches.
*Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure Shopify listings remain synchronized with platforms like Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.

Role Requirements
*Minimum of 3-5 of experience in Shopify product listing and catalog management.
*Strong proficiency in Excel and CSV-based product uploads.
*Proven ability to manage large product catalogs with high accuracy.
*Hands-on experience with manual audits and automated listing tools (Matrixify, Stock Sync, Airtable).
*Familiarity with inventory syncing, product variant management, and structured data organization.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve listing inconsistencies.
*Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and address product-related concerns.
*Availability for night shifts or partial US time zone overlap is preferred.
