Job Summary
We are a wellness company with thriving e-commerce stores on TikTok and Amazon, and we’re looking to grow our presence on Shopify. And we’re looking for a Shopify Growth Lead who can help us build and scale up our Shopify store and is well-versed in the digital marketing space.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in creating and managing PPC campaigns, developing offers, and optimizing our Shopify store to boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage high-converting offers for the Shopify store to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Improve SEO to increase organic traffic and visibility for the Shopify store.
- Run and optimize Pay-Per-Click campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Develop and execute
- Analyze data from ads,
- Build and lead a team of digital marketers and Shopify Virtual Assistants.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with the store’s goals.
- Manage third-party apps for marketing automation and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Shopify digital marketing.
- Proven success in managing PPC campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, with a focus on performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools to drive data-driven decisions.

- Strong understanding of SEO for e-commerce sites and ability to create high-converting offers across multiple marketing channels.
