Position Overview:
As an Expert Shopify Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing the client's Shopify website. You’ll handle everything from store setup to product uploads, integrations, and troubleshooting. This is a role for someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, and has a deep understanding of Shopify’s ecosystem. You’ll work with minimal supervision and be expected to deliver top-tier results consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listings: Add, edit, and optimize product descriptions, photos, and SEO-related metadata.
- Shopify Apps & Integrations: Install, configure, and optimize third-party apps and integrations (e.g., payment gateways, shipping solutions, marketing tools, etc.).
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, coordinate with suppliers if necessary, and set up inventory alerts.
- Payment & Shipping Setup: Set up and troubleshoot payment processors and configure shipping options according to business requirements.
- Pre-order & POS Systems: Implement and integrate pre-order systems, manage Shopify POS setup, and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Website Optimization: Improve site speed, SEO, and overall performance for better customer experience and conversion rates.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve any issues with the store (bugs, payment issues, broken links, etc.).


Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience managing Shopify stores independently.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Shopify’s platform
- E-Commerce Expertise: experience in setting up and managing Shopify apps, payment gateways, and shipping integrations.
- POS & Pre-order Systems: Experience with Shopify POS and integrating pre-order systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous with product descriptions, images, and customer-facing elements.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
