Job Description: Shopify eCommerce Analyst
Position: Shopify eCommerce Analyst
Type: Part-time (15-20 hours per week)
Location: Fully Remote
Experience: 2-3 years in eCommerce & Marketing

We are a dynamic DTC eCommerce and marketing consulting agency dedicated to helping brands succeed in the digital marketplace. We are seeking a skilled Shopify eCommerce Analyst to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
Responsibilities
1. Merchandise & Update Shopify Store Accounts:
• Manage product listings, categories, and overall store layout to ensure optimal user experience.
• Regularly update inventory, pricing, and promotional offers.
2. Setup Shopify Store Accounts:
• Assist in the creation and launch of new Shopify stores for clients.
• Ensure all settings, integrations, and customizations meet client specifications.
3. Analyze & Create eCommerce Client Presentations & Reports:
• Generate insights and reports on store performance, customer behavior, and sales trends.
• Develop compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
4. Assist with Customer Service & Client Requests:
• Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their concerns and requests.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project completion.

• Shopify: Advanced knowledge of Shopify platform and its functionalities.
• Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs: Proficient in creating, managing, and presenting data and reports.
• Notion: Experience in organizing and managing project documentation.
• Klaviyo: Skilled in setting up and managing
• Triple Whale: Familiarity with eCommerce analytics and reporting tools.
• Adobe Illustrator: Basic skills in creating and editing visual assets.

• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce and marketing roles.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexibility: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
