Are you a Shopify expert with a passion for E-Commerce? We're seeking a talented and experienced Shopify E-Commerce Lead to join our team. If you're well-versed in Shopify, have a knack for customer support, and want to lead our E-Commerce efforts, read on!

Responsibilities:

As a Shopify E-Commerce Lead, your role will include:

1. Utilize your deep knowledge of Shopify to manage our online store Upgrade to see actual infoom product listings to order processing, you'll be the go-to expert.

2. Handle customer orders, track shipments, and manage discounts and refunds via the Shopify platform.

3. Provide exceptional customer support through calls and emails, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

4. Leverage your E-Commerce experience to optimize our online store, enhance user experience, and increase sales.

5. UpPromote Integration: Implement and manage UpPromote integrations to boost sales and customer engagement.

6. Organize and lead a 3-day webinar to capacitate the team with essential Shopify knowledge and E-Commerce best practices. Empower teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to excel in their roles.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Shopify and E-Commerce management.
Strong understanding of order processing, refunds, and discounts on Shopify.
Customer support experience, with excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with parcel panel tracking and Dropshipping.
Eager to share knowledge and facilitate team learning.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for E-Commerce success.
Ideally located in the Davao Region for future team building opportunities.
(Location flexibility is not required but preferred.)
