We’re on the lookout for a Shopify Order Fulfillment Virtual Assistant to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!


The Challenge

We need assistance with swiftly assigning products to qualified suppliers and ensuring that customer orders are shipped on schedule while meeting approved quality standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Customer Service Team, Disputes Team, and Fulfillment Team to ensure inquiries are addressed promptly and that both customers and internal teams receive timely updates.


Day in the Life of a Shopify Order Fulfillment Virtual Assistant at GT Ecom

- Assign products to suppliers and communicate confirm product availability, manage order assignments, and address any issues related to the assigned order
- Ensure that orders are dispatched on time, track shipment
- Provide timely updates to internal team regarding the status of the customers' orders
- Address any concerns or issues related to order fulfillment

Important Numbers for this Role
- Assign 100 products to suppliers per day
- Process 20 customer inquiries per day (please note that you will not directly deal with customers. You will collaborate with our Customer Service team)
- Source 200 products on different platforms per day
- Please take note this may change from time to time.


Your Team When You Join Us

You will be directly reporting to the Fulfillment Operations Manager who is based in China and working alongside team members in the Fulfillment Team mostly from the Philippines.

The Fulfillment Team is responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process for all our brands. Their main tasks include coordinating with the suppliers to ensure that the orders are shipped in a timely manner and within the approved quality standards.

We would love to hear from you if…

- You have strong knowledge in Shopify
- You have at least 1 year experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically in dropshipping business model
- You have worked in the similar role before
- You have previous experience in communicating and dealing with suppliers from China
- You have used DSers and other order fulfillment tools in Shopify before
