**Who are we?**
We are a rapidly growing dropshipping company with multiple e-commerce stores on Shopify across Europe. In just one year, we've generated over 1 million euros in revenue, and our growth shows no signs of slowing down.

**We are currently expanding our team and are looking for new talents to join our digital customer service team to help us achieve our goals efficiently.**

**Who do we search for?**
We are searching for an experienced **Customer Service Agent** to join our team. Here’s what we expect from the role:

- Handling customer inquiries ONLY via email using Freshdesk (experience with this CRM system is a MUST!).
- Providing top-notch customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Managing returns and refunds smoothly and professionally.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN EU SHOPIFY DROPSHIPPING AND EXPERIENCE IN FRESHDESK IS A MUST, OTHER EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY!

**Your profile:**
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent for other EU Dropshipping Stores
- Proven experience with Shopify.
- Preferably, experience in the **fashion niche** (clothing/general stores) – this is a significant advantage and will greatly increase your chances of being hired.
- A passion for hard work and achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
