Shopify Designer + Fulfillment Pro Needed – Redesign 1-Product DTC Store (Amazon MCF + 3PL)

Hi there!

We’re looking for a talented Shopify expert to help us revamp our existing Shopify site for a premium dog supplement brand. We only sell one product — a veterinarian-formulated dog supplement — and we’re transitioning from Amazon to a full direct-to-consumer model.

Our current site is live at Upgrade to see actual info, but we’re looking to completely rework it — cleaner, faster, and more on-brand — authoritative yet friendly (think veterinarians with cute dogs), and fully built to convert.

Note: The current site is just a placeholder and not reflective of the structure, design, or feel we’re aiming for. We’re starting fresh after an unsatisfactory first version.

Our image designer is ready to go with assets but will wait for your input on sizing, layout, and best practices to ensure a smooth process.

Scope Includes:

Full Shopify redesign (layout, UX, styling)

Mobile-first, fast-loading performance optimization

Trust-building features (badges, testimonials, reviews)

Custom styling of review widgets (e.g., Upgrade to see actual info)

Backend fulfillment setup:

Canada orders ? Amazon MCF (Amazon’s multi-channel fulfillment)

USA orders ? Flexport (3PL)

Currency-based pricing (CAD for Canada, USD for USA)

Coordination with our designer for image sizing, placement, and branding consistency

Clear and responsive communication throughout

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience building high-converting Shopify stores (especially single-product brands)

Familiarity with fulfillment tools like Amazon MCF and 3PL apps

Ability to configure Shopify’s native shipping/zones or app-based logic (no custom development required)

Clean, brand-aligned design style with attention to trust and authority

Comfortable with short video calls and proactive updates
