JOB OVERVIEW

Dear,

We are an eCommerce dropshipping business operating multiple stores in various countries, and we are looking for long-term team members to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who consistently contribute positively to our company.

Position Overview
We need a Customer Support Representative who can follow a clear process to ensure customer satisfaction. Once you learn the steps, the role will be straightforward.

Required Knowledge
Candidates must be familiar with the following platforms:
Gsuite (our email platform)
Shopify (eCommerce platform)
Discord (communication channel)
DeepL (translation tool)
ChatGPT (for generating quick and effective responses)

Responsibilities
Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and disputes.
Report on refunds, disputes, and complaints.
Respond to emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, and FAQs within 6 hours for the best service.
Contribute to documentation and improve support processes.
Ensure all customer inquiries are answered accurately.
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Work Schedule
This position requires availability 7 days a week to ensure continuous support and quick response times for our customers.

Compensation
Starting rate is $3 per hour.
Plenty of opportunities for bonuses and salary increases based on performance.

Applicant Requirements
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
At least 2 years of experience in customer support
Strong and efficient communication skills, responding clearly and promptly
Able to handle disputes professionally and confidently
Organized, motivated, and eager to learn and grow
Able to start immediately
Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week (initially part-time for two weeks, then transitioning to full-time)
Not currently employed in another full-time role
