Shopify Book Keeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented Shopify Bookkeeper to manage financial records, reconcile transactions, and ensure accurate bookkeeping for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate has experience with Shopify accounting, strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, and proficiency in accounting software and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:
Record and reconcile Shopify sales, refunds, fees, and payouts.
Track inventory costs and update financial records accordingly.
Categorize transactions and maintain accurate financial statements.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and track expenses.
Prepare monthly financial reports
Work with accountants to ensure accurate tax reporting.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in e-commerce.
Familiarity with Shopify’s financial reporting and integrations.
