Shopify & AutoDS Matching

Job Type: Casual, Short-Term

Job Description: We need immediate assistance from a talented freelancer to help us rematch dropshiped products in the Gardening Niche from our Shopify store to AutoDS. These products were matched to AliExpress, and some are linked to CJ Dropshipping. We need our platform tidied up and ideally, where possible we want to use US-based products.

If you have experience managing e-commerce products and know your way around Shopify, dropshipping and AutoDS, we'd love to hear from you!

This job needs to be done urgently, and the hours are flexible until the project is completed. There's potential for future work if you demonstrate valuable contributions to our business. Please note that our business is still growing, so we need to keep costs in mind to become profitable.

Additional work could be on Social Media posts, Klaviyo Emailing, Printity to Etsy, Etsy SEO (knowledge on Everbee), Printity to Amazon and of course knowledge of Shopify. Experience in these areas is an added advantage for any future work.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Rematching our current dropshipping products (where possible) to US suppliers using AutoDS.
- Ensuring our product listings are accurate and optimized.
- Reviewing and adjusting pricing to stay competitive.
- Editing product details for consistency and clarity (shortening where needed).
- Syncing inventory between Shopify and AutoDS.
- Cleaning up the shipping profiles on Shopify.
- Organizing products to remove unrelated items imported by a previous worker.

What We're Looking For:
Someone detail-oriented who takes the initiative.
Ability to work independently and avoid importing unrelated products.
Experience with Shopify and AutoDS.
Good understanding of written English, as this is where most problems arise.

Under no circumstances will we be changing Shopify themes or be led into other paths to spend money. We have done this before, which sadly set us back most of this year and became a costly experience, even causing our Shopify store to be taken down.
