Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled **Shopify Administrator** to join our team, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for customers. This role involves handling product listings, site functionality, and content updates while driving improvements in SEO and customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and experienced in e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Shopify Management:
- Manage and update Shopify themes, apps, and integrations.
- Maintain and optimize product listings, including photos, descriptions, and pricing.
-E-Commerce Operations:
- Oversee inventory management and order processing through Shopify.
- Implement e-commerce best practices to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Content Management:
- Edit and upload high-quality product images for a visually appealing storefront.
- Write and optimize product descriptions to boost customer engagement.
- SEO Optimization:
- Implement SEO strategies, including keyword optimization, meta descriptions, and alt text updates.
- Use tools and techniques to improve site visibility and search engine rankings.
- Site Troubleshooting:
- Resolve technical and functional issues related to site performance, apps, or user experience.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance functionality and streamline operations.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor e-commerce analytics tools to track site performance and customer behavior.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize store performance and achieve sales goals.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to align on project goals.
- Provide clear updates and documentation on site changes and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience with the Shopify platform, including themes, apps, and integrations.
- Proficiency in e-commerce operations, such as inventory management and order processing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO practices and tools for e-commerce.
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for minor theme adjustments.
- Experience using analytics tools to assess site performance and customer trends.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
