Job Description:

We are a manufacturer of caffeinated products. We are looking for a talented Shopify Store Manager. As our Shopify Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing our Shopify store, including uploading themes, managing design changes and running plugins from Referral Candy to Klaviyo. You will be the go-to person for everything Shopify. If you don't know how to do something, then no worries, you can take a class as part of your job. We are constantly learning new skills in our day job and expect it will be no different for you. We are looking for the correct emotional and personality fit, so if you are missing some knowledge, but are willing to learn, then go ahead and apply.


Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize Shopify themes and upload new design elements as provided by the designer.
* Create new landing pages for our FB Ads.
* Install, configure, and manage Shopify plugins like Referral Candy, Loop Subscriptions, Flow and Klaviyo.
* Take a class while on the job, and then develop a complete marketing flow using Klaviyo.
* Analyze store performance metrics and work with us to create a reporting system.
* Follow a weekly agenda as set forth with company CEO and document daily results in our SharePoint system.
* Use Microsoft Teams for team communication and collaboration with daily check-ins.
* Deploy and manage new apps to enhance store performance and work with us to develop a robust analytics system for topflight results.

Requirements:

Excellent English skills.
A desire to learn and to excel and to build yourself a lifetime position - with us, there is no limit.
Proven experience with Shopify and using some Shopify apps.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Comfortable using and deploying new apps.
Ability to work around Christmas time as needed.
