Lucky Egg, a lively London-based company crafting incredibly fun party games, is on the hunt for an amazing Admin Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us grow!
About Lucky Egg
We’ve been making waves in the party game industry since 2021, and we're dedicated to spreading joy and laughter through our products.
As we grow, we are looking for a talented, hard-working shipping and logistics coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Manage and oversee marketplace inventory levels
- Organise and monitor shipment
- Ensure timely pick up of deliveries
- Manage delivery of shipments for big retailers, eg Walmart and TJX
- Providing regular reports on shipping movements
- Analysing and optimising logistics costs and timelines
Desired Skills:
- Clear communicator - impeccable English language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with international shipments, mainly China to UK/US
- Amazon FBA experience
- TJX experience
- Walmart experience
- Comfortable using Google sheets
- Strong analytical, organisational and attention-to-detail skills
- Competent with numbers and data
Hours and rate:
- 40 hours a week
- Hours would need to be between the UK working hours (9am - 5pm UK time)
- Competitive salary based on skills and experience
