Job Description:

SharePoint/OneDrive/Power BI Developer are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft's suite of collaboration, storage, and business intelligence tools. The role require expertise in Microsoft technologies, programming languages, and a deep understanding of business requirements to deliver effective solutions..


Roles and Responsibilities.

-Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize SharePoint, OneDrive and power BI solutions to meet specific business requirements. This involves coding, scripting, and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and applications.
-Integration: Integrate SharePoint and OneDrive with other systems and applications, such as CRM systems, ERP systems, and third-party tools, to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
Migration: Plan and execute the migration of data and content from legacy systems or older versions of SharePoint to SharePoint Online and OneDrive, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to users.
-Administration: Perform administrative tasks in SharePoint and OneDrive, including user management, permissions management, site collection management, and monitoring and troubleshooting of issues.
Governance and Compliance: Implement governance policies, compliance requirements, and best practices to ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance within SharePoint and OneDrive environments.
-Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users and administrators on how to use SharePoint and OneDrive effectively, troubleshoot common issues, and optimize workflows and processes.
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design scalable and sustainable SharePoint and OneDrive solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
-Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals, to ensure clarity and transparency in the development and maintenance of SharePoint and OneDrive solutions.
-Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments, features, and best practices in SharePoint and OneDrive development, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies within the organization.
-Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, and communicate effectively to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful delivery of SharePoint and OneDrive projects.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR 2-4 years experience in an IT field
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
Programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript, and PowerShell a plus
Certification in Microsoft SharePoint or related technologies is a plus.

Experience:

2-4 years experience in technical support, web development, or similar role.
Proven experience in developing SharePoint, OneDrive, and solutions.
Experience with data migration, integration, and administration in SharePoint and OneDrive environments.
Previous work with marketing, website development, and graphical design is a plus
Deep understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
