JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-performing, driven individual to join our team as a full-time Sales Setter & Closer. This role will start with a focus on prospecting, booking appointments, and conducting introductory calls, and will evolve into handling the full sales cycle for both our marketing agency and coaching offers.

As the main closer, you will work directly with our founder to drive revenue and create seamless experiences for inbound and outbound leads.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting:

Handle inbound leads generated through our content and marketing channels.
Conduct outbound outreach to warm and cold leads via email, social media, and phone.
Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality appointments with the founder.
Follow up with leads to nurture and move them through the pipeline.

Introductory Sales Calls:

Conduct engaging introductory calls to understand client needs and set the stage for a seamless handoff to the founder (initially).

Build rapport and confidence with prospects to create trust and excitement for the offer.
Full Sales Cycle (Once Trained):

Transition into handling the full closing process for both the marketing agency and coaching offer.

Present tailored solutions, handle objections, and negotiate deals confidently.

Close high-ticket deals ($3,000–$6,000 per sale) with professionalism and expertise.
Collaboration & CRM Management:

Coordinate with the email marketing team to ensure follow-ups and nurturing sequences are aligned.
Manage and update CRM systems to track pipeline progress and key performance metrics.

Provide regular updates and feedback on sales performance and lead quality.
Key Skills and Qualities:
Proven sales or customer-facing experience (bonus if in high-ticket offers).

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive for success.

Comfortable with outbound prospecting and overcoming objections.
Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Compensation & Commission Plan:
Base Salary: $400–$600/month (depending on experience and location). Majority of compensation will be commission.

Commission (Phase 1 – Introductory Role):

5% commission on each closed deal for introductory calls that convert.

Average commission per deal: $150–$300 (based on a $3,000–$6,000 deal size).
Commission (Phase 2 – Full Closing Role):

Once fully transitioned to handling the full sales cycle, commission increases to 10% per closed deal.

Average commission per deal: $300–$600 (based on a $3,000–$6,000 deal size).

Expected Earnings:

Phase 1 (Setting & Introductory Role): $1,000–$2,000/month (base + commissions). Phase 1 will be 30-60 days for training.
Phase 2 (Full Closer Role): $2,000–$5,000+/month (base + commissions).
