Server Admin Technical Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Server Administrator with a solid understanding of server management and WordPress. This role involves managing and troubleshooting server issues (e.g., server restarts), handling technical problems, and addressing support tickets. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability and performance of our server environments while providing exceptional technical support.

Responsibilities:

-Monitor and maintain server health and performance.
-Troubleshoot and resolve server issues such as server crashes, restarts, and slow performance.
-Handle and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
-Ensure proper server security, backups, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
-Optimize server and application performance.
-Collaborate with our development and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
-Provide WordPress support, including troubleshooting, plugin management, and optimization.
-Maintain documentation of processes and resolutions for future reference.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Server Administrator or similar role.
-Strong understanding of server management (Linux/Windows environments).
-Experience with server monitoring tools and best practices.
-In-depth knowledge of WordPress installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
-Ability to handle technical support tickets and communicate solutions clearly.
-Familiarity with databases, particularly MySQL.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
-Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean).
-Knowledge of server-side languages such as PHP.
-Familiarity with server security best practices.
-Certification in server administration or cloud technologies is a plus.
