Overview:
If you're a seasoned Branding Strategist with a sharp eye for design and a proven ability to execute conversion-driven branding and packaging design across multiple channels, this opportunity is for you.

We are a rapidly growing company promoting high-growth eCommerce brands that generate 7-8 figures in revenue primarily in the US but also worldwide.

We provide a range of marketing services, from paid advertising to email marketing, supporting the expansive growth of our clients. We are now seeking a Senior Branding Strategist to guide the creative branding and packaging for our burgeoning client portfolio.

Job Responsibilities
Develop Branding and Visual Identity: Create compelling branding strategies that include logo design, typography, and visual themes that resonate strongly with target audiences. Ensure brand consistency that aligns with our clients' vision and market positioning.
Innovate Packaging Design: Spearhead the development of innovative packaging concepts that enhance product appeal and functionality. Produce attractive packaging renders that stand out on digital platforms and in physical retail environments
Lead UI/UX Design Initiatives: (Big Plus) Design intuitive and visually engaging web and landing page experiences. Your expertise in UI/UX design will be instrumental in bridging user-friendly design with aesthetic appeal.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to integrate branding strategies into broader marketing campaigns. Lead brainstorming and strategy sessions to ensure design aligns with business goals.
Market Research and Consumer Insights: Keep abreast of the latest trends in branding, packaging, and digital design. Apply insights from consumer behavior and market trends to inform design strategies.
Quality Control and Design Approval: Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness before they go live. Manage feedback loops and design iterations swiftly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. Strong portfolio displaying expertise in branding, packaging, and optionally UI/UX design.
Experience: Significant professional experience in branding and packaging design, preferably within the eCommerce sector. Additional experience in UI/UX design is highly valued.
Technical Skills: Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools (Figma, Sketch). Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Creative Leadership: Demonstrable ability in leading design projects, setting creative direction, and inspiring teams to produce their best work.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities to clearly articulate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Strong project management capabilities, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Innovative and creative problem-solving skills, able to address design challenges with effective, impactful solutions.

Benefits & Compensation
Base rate for this role is between PHP 45,000/mo to PHP 55,000/mo depending on your work experience and the different kinds of designs you've done in the past. We may offer a bit higher or lower of that depending on your experience and qualifications.

Work Setup
This is an in-office role at the 17th Floor, Latitude Corporate Center, Mindanao Ave., Brgy Luz, Cebu City. Shift is Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (with 1hr break) with a flexible time-in/time-out system.
Given the potential remote setup, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are required to use their own equipment. An equipment procurement plan will be made available to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who need it.
Hybrid/remote setup as a benefit for long-term teaUpgrade to see actual infombers with good performance.
