What you’ll do
Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using advanced accounting software.
Record daily financial transactions, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
Reconcile bank statements to ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Commissions Tracking:
Implement and maintain a robust system for tracking commissions earned, collaborating closely with sales and management teams.
Ensure accurate commission calculations and promptly resolve any discrepancies.

Commissions Payments:
Facilitate timely and accurate payments of earned commissions to eligible team members.
Verify commission calculations and address any payment-related inquiries.

Payroll Processing (Using Gusto):
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing using Gusto, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Input and verify employee data, hours worked, and other relevant information.
Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

General Tasks:
Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.
Collaborate with the finance team to enhance financial processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with payroll-related regulations and stay updated on relevant changes.

What You Offer
4+ years professional experience as a Bookkeeper
4+ years Quickbooks experience (Zoho Books experience a plus)
Experience with Excel formulas (e.g., SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Proficient in US accounting principles and practices (US GAAP)
Professional experience with Gusto or similar payroll processing systems
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
