Job Title: Senior Web Designer (E-commerce ONLY)
Location: Remote
Type: Part-time (20-30 hours)

TwinklingTree is a fast-growing eCommerce brand specializing in unique lighting decor. We’re looking for a Senior Web Designer to elevate our online experience through high-performance, conversion-focused design.

Responsibilities:
- Design high-converting, visually compelling web layouts aligned with TwinklingTree’s brand.
- Optimize UX with CRO strategies, intuitive navigation, and effective CTAs.
- Collaborate with CRO and Analytics teams to iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Build wireframes and prototypes in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Run A/B tests for design improvements and collaborate closely with developers for smooth implementation.

Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in web design, with 1+ years in eCommerce. Portfolio demonstrating CRO-focused designs.
- Skills: Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of UX/UI
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Data-driven design approach with a strong eye for detail.
