We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor with extensive experience creating and editing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) video ads for
Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit short-form videos for
Content Creation: Work with the marketing team to create original, on-brand video content that resonates with our target audience and communicates key product benefits and messages.
Ad Optimization: Continuously test and optimize video creatives based on performance data (CTR, conversion rates, engagement) to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Collaborative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize video ad strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand identity.
Fast Turnaround: Handle multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times, especially for A/B testing and seasonal ad content.
Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives and visually dynamic sequences that grab attention in the first few seconds, keeping the audience engaged through to the call to action.
Platform Expertise: Keep up-to-date with
Brand Consistency: Ensure all videos adhere to our brand’s tone, voice, and visual style, creating a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across all marketing channels.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in video editing, with a strong focus on
Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of what works on
Advanced Editing Skills: Proficient in industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Strong Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases a range of compelling, high-performance social media video ads, particularly in the DTC or e-commerce space.
Creative Vision: Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a knack for understanding consumer behavior and crafting content that appeals to a target audience.
Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
Adaptability & Fast-Paced Work Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and tight deadlines.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
