We’re seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist who combines deep technical expertise with a customer-focused approach. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations across our backend systems, providing specialist support to clients, and enhancing the user experience with our SaaS products. Role Objectives:

- Seamless Technical Operations: Swiftly address and resolve backend inquiries to ensure smooth technological operations. Your technical acumen will support seamless integrations and implementation, aligning with business needs and client expectations.
- Client-Focused Support & Expertise: Act as a specialist resource for complex customer inquiries and assist the customer support team as needed, ensuring clients receive top-tier service. Your knowledge and flexibility will uphold customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Product Mastery & Strategic Platform Integration: Develop and maintain expertise in our SaaS products, leveraging this knowledge to promote beneficial integration and improve user satisfaction. Your proactive insights will enrich the customer experience and drive engagement.
- Project & Team Collaboration: Partner with agency projects to offer technical insights and collaborate across functions to align technology with business goals. Your teamwork will ensure that solutions meet client needs and support broader company objectives.
- Adaptable & Continuous Improvement: Enriching the overall technical structure to support the overall company technical architecture. Stay informed on industry trends, and adopt new knowledge to keep our technical support solutions current and effective.


Requirements:

1. Experience with GHL is highly preferred.
2. 8 years of experience in technical integration with a focus on backend technologies, 3rd-party APIs, and previous experience in technical integration.
3. In-depth knowledge of the company's SaaS products and ability to suggest integrations that resonate with user needs.
4. Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to different roles as needed.
6. Commitment to continuous learning, staying abreast of industry advancements, and aligning with the company's values and mission.
7. Willingness to assist the clients during downtimes and work under pressure.
