Senior Support Agent - Full-time Remote

Falador is seeking dedicated and experienced Senior Support Agents to contribute to the smooth operation of our customer service facilities. As a critical point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

What You'll Do:

- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, and live chat.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Update internal databases with relevant information related to technical issues and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to relay feature requests and suggest effective workarounds.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns and technical issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Assist in troubleshooting and handling returns, with full training provided.

What You'll Need:

- 3+ years of experience in customer support roles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and professionalism when handling challenging support cases.
- Strong interest in computer software or connected devices.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
