Senior Social Media Manager - Full-time Remote

Falador is seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead our digital engagement strategies and drive meaningful interactions with our audience across social platforms. What You'll Do:

- Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy focused on growing following and engagement.
- Curate and create engaging content, including written, video, and photo materials.

- Maintain a unified brand voice across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and manage the social media calendar.
- Monitor industry trends to proactively insert Falador’s voice into relevant conversations.
- Engage with users, respond to inquiries and comments, and build a strong online community.
- Analyze social media performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of influencer and social media marketing campaigns.

What You'll Need:

- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and developing engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and content creation software.
- Strong understanding of digital content trends and emerging platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in video and photo editing tools, as well as digital media formats.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and refine strategies based on performance.
