Responsibilities:

Re-listen to sales call recordings and update the CRM with relevant client information.
Update FAQ document based on questions and answers on sales call recordings
Update client statuses in the CRM based on ongoing conversations.
Follow up emails with clients to increase sales.
Send proposals and track client responses.
Provide insights from sales call reviews to improve sales strategies.
Support the sales team in identifying high-potential leads.
Use ChatGPT/Fireflies Fred AI to come up with suggestions to increase sales

Overall your goal is to increase number of sales, and shorten the sales cycle.

Qualifications:
Native written and spoken English.
Experience in a sales or appointment setting role.
Proficiency with CRM software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
