Job description
We are seeking a project manager with 5+ years experience in effectively managing enterprise-wide system implementations.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates demonstrate or possess the following experience and skills:
Project management knowledge areas, competencies, and techniques as recognized in the PMBOK Guide.
Developing project charters, project plans, and subsidiary plans (e.g., communication management plan, risk management plan, change management plan, quality management plan).
Implementing/integrating commercial off-the-shelf or custom software using various software development life cycles (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
Estimating the resources needed to complete a project and determining the project budget.
Managing risks and proactively proposing options to mitigate.
Resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that hinder project progress.
Planning business analysis approach, conduct stakeholder analysis, plan business analysis activities, plan business analysis communication, and plan requirements management process.
Preparing for requirements elicitation, conducting elicitation activity, documenting and confirming requirements with stakeholders
Managing solution scope and requirements, managing traceability, maintaining requirements for re-use, preparing requirements package, and communicating requirements.
Establishing trust and confidence with project team, sponsor, and stakeholders.
Enabling norms of highly effective teams with the project tea
Facilitating organizational change through collaborative leadership.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desired.
Business analysis experience or certification (e.g., CBAP, PBA) is highly desired.
Candidates with less than 5 years of project management experience may be considered if they have a history of demonstrating the following in a lead project role such as a business analyst or software developer.
