As our Senior Paid Media Marketer, you will lead our paid media strategy, optimize our campaigns, and write scripts that maximize campaign efficiency and performance. You will be responsible for managing and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google PMax, and working closely with data to drive high-quality results. Your expertise in interpreting data insights and implementing smart bidding strategies will play a crucial role in our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns with a strong focus on Google Performance Max.
Write and implement data-driven scripts to enhance campaign performance, automate processes, and increase efficiency.
Analyze campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and make real-time adjustments to maximize ROAS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
Create and present performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and digital advertising.
Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in paid media marketing with a focus on data-driven strategy.
Proven track record managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Performance Max (PMax).
Strong scripting skills with the ability to write and apply scripts to optimize campaign performance.
Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio) to drive insights and measure results.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and other paid media platforms.
Strong understanding of performance metrics and KPIs, with a passion for testing and iteration.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly and concisely.
