We are currently hiring for the Senior Operations Manager position. Task will include but are not limited to meeting and exceeding business objectives and ensuring consistent achievement of all financial and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver operational metrics and targets.
Engage with key clients and partners proactively.
Ensure KPI targets are met, including service levels, customer experience, quality, and compliance.
Establish clear communication and engagement models.
Identify and implement operational best practices.
Motivate and manage Operations personnel.
Demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and strategic skills.
Translate business strategy into daily operations.
Set and review quality standards.
Manage client engagement and influence stakeholders.

Requirements:

Six Sigma certification is required; at least Green Belt.
Comprehensive expertise in the role's focus area.
Skill in re-engineering operations and policy formulation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in computerized business systems.
Data analysis and report preparation skills.
Knowledge of program planning and administration.
Resource organization and priority setting.
Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
