JOB OVERVIEW

Introduction: We are a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company with a strong presence in the European market. As we recently launched a new brand, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Media Buyer to lead and execute our paid media efforts. This role is crucial in driving the success of our new brand and Dropshipping stores by developing and testing innovative media buying strategies across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive media buying strategies for our new brand & Dropshipping stores, with a focus on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Determine optimal budget allocations across channels and campaign types to ensure maximum ROI for media spend.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Test and refine strategies through rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to identify the most effective approaches.

Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Monitor and track key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
- Manage an iterative creative testing process to optimize ad performance and ensure the highest possible ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising technologies, and media buying best practices to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Brand Support:
- Play a key role in our new brand by driving paid media efforts that establish a strong market presence.
Develop and execute media plans that support the brand’s positioning, target audience, and business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in paid social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in media buying.
- Extensive experience managing marketing campaign budgets of $100,000+ per month.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale ROI-positive marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
- Deep understanding of the social marketing ecosystem, including platform algorithms, audience targeting, and ad formats.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and other analytical tools, with the ability to work with large data sets quickly and accurately.
- Creative mindset with a strong ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals that drive conversions.
- Experience in managing and developing a team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- In-depth knowledge of data tracking, attribution models, and tools for optimizing media performance.
