Senior Media Buyer - Local Google Ads (Finance)

We're Hiring: Google Ads Media Buyer (Philippines or Latin America)

We’re looking for a high-level Google Ads Media Buyer to manage ad campaigns for our marketing agency. We specialize in running Google Ads in the financial niche in the USA (Pawn Shop), so compliance with Google’s policies is a must.

What we want:

- You can work in either US or French time zones (you choose).
- You take action and don’t wait for every little instruction.
- You provide clear updates and can interact with clients via email, Loom videos, or calls.
- You respect deadlines and move quickly.
- If you love discussing strategy, testing new ideas, and optimizing campaigns, we’ll get along great!

What we don’t want:

- Team members with no skills that only rely on AI to audit and build campaigns.
- Poor communicators who take days to respond.
- Slow or unresponsive team members who delay projects.
- Those who need constant micromanagement.
- Google ads beginners (we need real expertise)

Skills You Must Have:

- Google Ads Mastery: Campaign management, compliance (pawn broker ads), and budget control.
- Google Tag Manager Knowledge: Setting up and tracking conversions.
- Go High Level Experience: We use automations and workflows in our client' campaigns.
- Client Interaction: You should be comfortable answering questions and explaining strategies.
- Google Data Studio: You know how to create reports using Google Data Studio & Analytics
