We are a video marketing software company, unique in our space because of the types of videos our tools produce. As part of our offering, we help clients with customized video templates for our platform. This role will focus on this and on supporting our product and marketing efforts.
[About the Role]
We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Marketing Specialist to join our small team. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately fuel business growth. This is a key role that will play a vital part in shaping the future of our marketing efforts.
[Responsibilities]
Develop & Execute Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., content marketing, social media marketing,
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, presentations, and social media updates
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads)
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
Lead Generation to Assist Sales:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture qualified leads
- Develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations, product demos, and case studies.
Brand Building:
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Project Management:
- Manage marketing projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, SEO, and our CEO..
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze marketing data to track campaign performance, identify key metrics, and measure ROI
- Utilize data insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
[Qualifications]
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of success in driving lead generation and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Experience with content marketing, social media marketing,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo)
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- A strong understanding of the video marketing industry (preferred)
- A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for marketing
