JOB OVERVIEW

Overview: We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company looking for a talented and experienced contractor to help manage our outbound marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with expertise in email and LinkedIn outreach, campaign management, and data enrichment. You will play a key role in ensuring our outbound efforts are well-executed, optimized, and successful.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
- Set up and actively manage outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns using tools such as Clay, Instantly, Apollo, HeyReach, and HubSpot.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, open rates, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and outreach strategies to optimize campaign outcomes.

Data Management:
- Enrich lead lists with accurate and up-to-date information using data tools and research.
- Ensure data quality and alignment across various tools and systems.
- Maintain organized records of campaign progress and performance.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the founding team to incorporate messaging, lead lists, and outreach strategies into campaigns.
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and areas for improvement.

Optimization:
- Identify and implement new tools, processes, or strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our outbound campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in B2B outbound marketing.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing B2B email and LinkedIn outbound campaigns.
- Proficiency with tools such as Clay, Instantly, Apollo, HeyReach, and HubSpot (or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of outbound marketing strategies and best practices.
- Experience in data enrichment and CRM/database management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Great communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
