We're looking for someone who shares our core values of excellence, adaptability, integrity, and persistence. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Technician to join our team. This role is critical in helping us manage and maintain our clients' IT infrastructure, focusing on server administration, migrations, disaster recovery, networking, and more.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Tier 3 and 4 tickets, managing and migrating servers, handling disaster recovery, and working with technologies like SonicWall, Fortinet, Microsoft Hyper-V, VLAN, and DNS administration. This role involves working a swing shift and being available for server updates on the first Saturday of each month.

Responsibilities:

- Experience in both in-house and Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments, handling multiple servers for various clients.
- Handle day-to-day management and migration of Microsoft Exchange Server (2010-2019) from on-premise to Office 365, including management and maintenance.

Active Directory and Azure/Entrada Management:
-Maintain and manage Active Directory on-premise and in cloud environments (Azure/Entrada).
-Perform migrations from on-premise Active Directory to Azure/Entrada Active Directory.

Disaster Recovery:
-Manage and implement disaster recovery solutions using ShadowProtect and ImageManager.
-Lead disaster recovery efforts with real-world experience, ensuring rapid recovery in case of failure.

Networking:
- Configure and manage VLANs and other networking technologies.
- Administer DNS and ensure its smooth operation across various networks.
- Stay updated on and implement new networking technologies as needed.

Firewall and Security:
- Proficiently manage and configure SonicWall firewalls
- Fortinet experience desired.

Virtualization:
- Manage and maintain virtual environments using Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Experience with VMware ESXi, ESX, and XenServer is advantageous.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in server management, particularly with Windows Server (2012-2022).
- Proven experience in managing, maintaining, and migrating Microsoft Exchange Server (2010-2019).
- 7+ years experience in Tier 3+ ticket support.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory and Azure/Entrada management and migration.

- Strong networking skills, including VLAN configuration, DNS administration, and knowledge of new networking technologies.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members across different time zones.
- 2+ years working PH graveyard shift. This shift will start between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Plus over time hours for maintenance on the first Saturday of each month.
