Senior IT Support Engineer

We're an MSP (Managed IT Services Provider) in Miami, Florida (USA) that's expanding and we’re looking for additional full-time team members. Right now, we’re hiring Senior Support Specialists (Tier 2 & 3) to help us with our clients’ app issues, as well as deployment projects. The majority of our clients are on Windows 10/11, and we manage their Windows Server VMs and M365/AzureAD.

THIS IS FOR A LONG-TERM, FULL-TIME, 40+ HOURS PER WEEK REMOTE POSITION, ON A USA (Miami, Florida) ***DAYTIME EST SCHEDULE*** (approx 9a-6p), WITH BENEFITS. SALARY IS BETWEEN 70k – 90k PHP PER MONTH DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

Key skills you should have to really do great with us:
• At least 5yrs actual support experience, since this is a senior-level position, not entry-level learning.
• Knows the Windows desktop side very well - removing malware, resolving apps & file issues etc. (Adobe, Quickbooks etc)
• Good familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration - users, roles, policies, mailboxes, etc.
• Comfortable with basic Windows Server admin (Active Directory, GPOs, Domain management, etc.)
• Enjoys HELPING others - at the end of the day, this is really why we do this!
• Excellent written & spoken English is required, but if you also know Spanish that is a plus
• Reliable internet with a backup hotspot
