We are seeking a full-time tea
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on IT experience and a strong hardware maintenance background for enterprise servers. Proficiency in installing CPUs and RAM and replacing other components within a data center environment is a must. Additionally, the candidate should have exceptional communication skills to provide effective remote support to our US-based clients.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on IT experience, with a focus on hardware maintenance for enterprise servers
- Expertise in installing/upgrading CPUs, RAM, and other critical components in a data center
- Proven ability to work in a data center environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with remote clients and tea
Additional Skills and Responsibilities:
- A positive, service-oriented attitude to interact with our friendly and easygoing clients
- Experience with ticketing systems for documentation and time tracking
- Ability to take initiative and work independently while maintaining team collaboration
